Please post a link to a recent WoL or equivalent of current raid content. If you do not provide parses, your application will be rejected.
What is your preferred raiding spec? Please describe your Talent Point choices in detail. What glyphs do you use and why?

Feral (Bear). There is not particularly much to talk about talent choices. The survival talents are pretty clear, and they are required if you want to actually run the content. Besides that it's a matter of min/maxing for tank DPS, and on a tier like this one, maximize cat DPS. To give an example, on a fight like heroic madness, I would specc into blood in the water at the expense of another talent, such as infected wounds for example (assuming another tank in the raid brings it, and im not solo tanking), simply because the amount of time ferals go cat on that fight is just... insane, combined with 2p t13, its a really nice dps boost.

Overall, my talent choices, glyphs and gear basically aim towards reaching the point where I feel comfortable surviving an encounter, and then I go all out on DPS. For tanking I pick up mangle, berserk and lacerate. I also play with frenzied regen on a fight per fight basis. Sometimes the heal is extremely useful, othertimes the 30% healing boost is better.

Note: I currently have glyph of bloodletting on my main specc. That should be replaced with lacerate. I was playing with it for madness.

Finally, my current specc ignores the interrupt, which has been worthless since firelands, and use knig of the jungle instead, for the added damage while enrage is active. This was extremely valuable on fights like Ultraxion, where enrage's cooldown goes down to 30 seconds with twice the duration, giving me basically 15% free damage most of the fight.

Please describe your rotation/priority list in detail. Tanks: What is your rotation for maximum threat? When do you consider using your cool downs? Healers: What abilities do you use when you're tank healing? Raid healing? When do you use your cool downs?

Since the 500% boost, threat is really irrelevant, except for the very first hit. However I base my rotation to increase damage, and it's fairly simple:

Keep Demoralizing roar on boss (unless another tank has it up). Keep Faerie fire on the boss (12% armor debuff is awesome) as quickly as I can.
Keep 1 lacerate stack at the very least to increase mangle procs. Lacerate other targets if available (blackhorn p1 comes to mind).
Keep 3x pulverize at all times, refresh before it falls.
Mangle on cooldown.
Maul on cooldown (assuming infinite rage).
Trash as a filler if all else is down.
I'm fairly confident in my DPS as a tank. I constantly rank on WoL, and always look for ways to improve my character. This is something I take pride on, not because of an epeen matter, but because on fights with tight enrage timers, specially during progression, tank DPS does matter a lot.

As far as cooldown usage goes, it honestly depends on the fight. I'm going to exclude frenzied regen, since the 4p makes it incredibly strong, and I usually coordinate that with the rest of the raid. For example I would use it on 1st and 3rd black phases of Zon'ozz, or during the lightning phase on Hagara etc. However being such a strong raid cooldown this one is planned before the encounter starts.

My barkskin I use actively to mitigate damage. It is far better to use a 1 min cooldown than save it and use it twice per fight. This doesn't mean I will use it whenever, but I will actively look for ways to mitigate the most damage I can.

On specific fights I do save it, for example for zon'ozz 1st beam in between black phases.

Finally, my survival instincts depends on the fight. I guess this is a tricky question. Survival Cooldowns change every fight, and my usage changes as well. I am very good communicating cooldown usage however, as well as coordinating with healers on what is available to ensure my survival at all times.

What are your primary professions? Are they maxed? Why did you choose these professions?

Engineering and jewelcrafting. They are both maxed. Originally I had engineering because the boost was OP back in wrath. It still has some situational uses, with the risk of them failing, so I dont use unless absolutely necessary.

I find the gloves to be extremely helpful, combined with the enrage 15% damage boost, it makes for a solid small boost on DPS, as well as about 1% more dodge.

Jewelcrafting was a no brainer. I have contemplated changing engineering with blacksmithing for pure numers, but the 480 agility boost +15% damage is just hard to part away from. To be honest I have not seen any numbers on that, and while I'm decent at math, I am honestly unable to simulate the possible win/loss

Do you have Ventrilo?

How did you hear about us? Do you have any references within the guild?

I read your post on guild recruitment forums. Seems like a good fit.

What were your previous guilds and why did you leave? (Be specific):

WoTLK: Ladies of Destiny. This guild was amazing. I became an officer at the end of ICC with them. We got realm first algalon, and lost the lich king race by a couple of hours. On cataclysm we got realm first everything t11, but several members lost interest at the start of firelands, so the guild sort of just died.

I formed a new 10 man guild, called Satori, out of the remnants of the dying LoD and some others, and we got realm first ragnaros on firelands. However once again, during dragon soul, half our roster quit for star wars, and we disbanded.

Then I applied to Thirteen Thirty Seven. I trialed, and got invited as a raider after the 3 week process. However the top guild from that realm (Which I'm still not familiar with), poached 3 of our officers, and everybody parted ways incredibly quickly. Sadly I found out about this on a monday morning, after half the guild had already left and stolen the bank. Now I'm on the lookout for a new home.

What is your current and previous raid experience? Please include prior characters, and be specific (ex. 15/15 Naxx, Sarth +3, ICC25 11/12 HM):

BC pre 3.0: Kara, Gruuls, Mags, SSC, TK (did not kill kael'thas until post 3.0). BT up to Council (then illidan post nerf). Sunwell up to twins.
Wotlk: All of naxx, realm first immortal. Realm 2nd sarth 3d 25 man.
Realm first celestial defender (lost yogg-saron 0 lights)
Heroic ToC on all modes
Heroic ICC on all modes.
Cata: Heroic t11 completed
Heroic t12 completed
6/8H dragon soul, up to 3rd plate experience on spine.

How did/do you learn about your class mechanics? Do you remain updated on changes?

I read several blogs. I run my own numbers and simulations. I browse forums like a maniac every day at home and from work as well. I'm usually one of the firsts to find out about any sort of change to the game.

Please post a picture of your User Interface using the following website, with all relevant keybindings shown. If your UI does not convey all of your important keybindings, elaborate Please list your major mods (DBM, Big Wigs, etc).

Even better, here's a video with my point of view (Rather recent one too)

*most* of my keybinds are 1-9. I run with a speed pad, so it's not hard to reach all of them at all. My big cooldowns are macrod with raid warnings as well as my mouse.

I spam the hell out of my binds, and I also click them to reduce latency, it actually buys you about 2 extra GCDs on any given fight. However I do click some of them (battle rez, stampeding roar come to mind)

Mods: Big wigs, skada, kgpanels, omnicc, needtoknow, pwoer auras, pitbull. There's a lot more, but they're not very relevant to the application.

What is your availability? Are you able to make all raid days and times? (Mon-Thurs, 7:30p-11:30p CST)

Yes. I am a very commited raider. I have only missed 1 raid on this tier, we had a power outage on a terrible lightning storm that day.

How old are you? Do you consider yourself mature?

I'm 23. It takes more than a couple of weeks for me to really get to know people. I'm not really shy, but Im not the type to engage in conversation right off the bat either.
I do consider myself mature. As far as raiding in WoW goes, I have always managed to put the welfare of the group ahead of mine, and actually look forward to it.

Tell us about yourself (job, school, lifestyle, etc):

I'm a very avid piano player. I love it. I am also a gamer at heart. It all started with excite bike with my good old NES (which I still have and rock every once in a while). I play quite a lot of games, most recently starcraft 2, league of legends and skyrim. However WoW is my main passion.

I work with hewlett packard, in Costa Rica (Did I mention that I live in Costa Rica?, well I do!), doing some oracle database stuff.

I'm also a nearly graduated lawyer (gave up on it with 1 period to go, however I plan to pick it back up sometime soon), and also study systems engineering.

What do you expect from us?

I want a guild that is planning to play long term. I bought the annual pass, and I actually don't regret it. Raiding is my passion, and I want to be with a group of individuals who plays the same. 2 of my recent guilds dies because people were not interested in the game, and I want to get away from that. I want people to be motivated to show up every raid night and do better.

Why do we want you?

I am incredibly passionate about the game. I commit and improve every week. I have experience on most everything the game has to offer (except PvP, I have starcraft 2 for that). I have experience as an officer, guild leader and raid leader. I know and understand every class and how they work on each encounter, and I do my research on new and current content, as well as give suggestions and ideas on what to improve. If something goes wrong, I'm the guy who will tear down the logs, and do an excel list to see what is going wrong and how to fix it.

I am also mature, as I said before. I put the welfare of the guild ahead of mine, and I expect others to do the same.

Additional information:

Nothing much to say. Just looking forward to a response. I guess I apologize for the wall of text :(
