You know, after reading that response, I decided I'm clearly bored enough, and kinda pissed at that response, to respond back. This is my response:
I have a big problem with this response. As in clearly the person who made it didn't bother to even read the ticket. I mean is it really that hard to read a couple of sentences? I even read the stock response given. And it had nothing to do with the ticket in question. Seriously, did it take almost a week for someone to just say "Eh, I'm gonna hit my random reply to issue button?" Please boost this to a supervisor or something, because clearly the person who answered this ticket needs to have a good talking to on how to actually answer a ticket correctly. A response that would have made sense even if it did nothing would be "We'll look into it". A response of reporting someone for name reporting when the ticket has absolutely nothing to do with the name of the person though, seems to show a lack of understanding of the job the person who answered this ticket is doing.
Unless I am mistaken, player griefing group because he got an instance he didn't want and refused to zone in and participate, is not a "bad name", "cheating", "foul language", or any of those options listed. The "appropriate category" seems to be missing, thus why a ticket would be opened up and reported. Furthermore, the ticket was made after the group issued the vote kick on him,which makes it fairly hard to I don't know, click the player's frame since they are on another server, and report them for anything.
Thanks for your response though Rishgur, please forward this to your supervisor to handle since you are clearly incapable of doing so.
